Work-Integration-Life Coaching Series

As mothers, we often struggle to balance work and family. When the demands of parenting and/ or caregiving interferes with our work duties, it can be extremely challenging. Over the last 10 years, we have partnered numerous women to aid their journey back to work (after a long career break or after maternity leave). We also work alongside hiring managers to understand their challenges and painpoints in helping women return to work. This helps us to REALLY UNDERSTAND WHAT IS NEEDED TO MAKE THINGS WORK AT HOME and AT WORK.

Tapping on that wealth of knowledge and experience, we designed WORK-INTEGRATING-LIFE to support women like you, who want to find balance.

Over 4 sessions or 6 sessions, using specific tools, our very experienced coaches will guide you to move towards a more balanced path - in decision making, adapting to changes and future planning.

JUMPSTART PROGRAMME

As part of our back-to-work initiatives, our subsidiary, Career Navigators has launched the JumpStart Programme.

The JumpStart Programme is a paid (by employers) re-integration programme that runs for a period of 8 weeks. The Programme focuses on helping the female talents transit successfully back into the workforce. It runs concurrently with on-the-job training (carried out by the employer, based on job functions & role requirements).

Depending on the role, the work-trial period will range from 2 months - 6 months*. At the end of the trial period, candidates who perform well may be offered a permanent position (in a work-arrangement that is agreed upon, with the employer).
