Throughout the year, we run various in-house workshops for Employers.

Our focus is helping companies (MNCs, SMEs or NGOs) to set up flexible work arrangements. We have a team of HR experts that are experienced in various areas. Some of the big projects we have run include in-house “Parents back-to-work series”, “Keeping Women in the Work force”, “Diversity & Inclusion”, “Managing a flexi-work team”, “Job redesigning for flexiwork” and many others.

In addition, we run an annual Career Fair (and big event) that assists employers in hiring for flexible work arrangements. This event is held once a year and has limited spaces for employers.
